To verify your identity, go to Account Settings > Security > KYC Verification. Upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID and complete the facial recognition process.
Deposits typically take 5-15 minutes to process. Check your transaction hash on the blockchain explorer. If it's been more than 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction details.
If you've lost access to your authenticator app, you can reset it through Account Settings > Security > 2FA. You'll need to verify your identity with backup methods.
